Longji Ayuba Dachal is a pastor with the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Jos, Nigeria. He also serves as an Adjunct-Faculty with the Jos ECWA Theological Seminary. He has been a trainer with WDA Nigeria since 2018.

Longji is passionate about discipling young people to become change agents in society. He also loves training pastors, church planters, and missionaries on leadership, discipleship, and trauma healing using Restoring Your Heart.

Longji lives in Jos, Nigeria with his wife Jessicah and two children, Demshak and Nanlep.
