About Ashley

Ashley Allen, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is a passionate and fun-loving individual with a strong background in leadership development and arts-related programs. From a young age, Ashley demonstrated her leadership skills by leading worship and directing the choir in her father’s church, which sparked her interest in cultivating creatives and developing leaders. 

Ashley pursued her passion by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Music with a minor in Biblical Studies from Point University (formerly Atlanta Christian College). With over 20 years of experience, she has dedicated herself to building arts-related programs and training creative leaders. Through her creative arts organization, Love Gives, Ashley bridges the gap and empowers individuals worldwide. 

Continuing her commitment to developing leaders, Ashley serves as the Director of Leadership Institute at Worldwide Discipleship Association. In this role, she works diligently to nurture and guide aspiring leaders on their journey to making a positive impact. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashley enjoys traveling the world, singing, watching movies, indulging in her favorite popcorn, and spending quality time with friends and family. She draws inspiration from collaborations and exploring different art forms, which further ignites her creativity and fuels her innovation in both personal and professional endeavors.
