Disciple Building Training Platforms

Our mission is to serve the church, and we encourage and equip all disciples to become active in local churches where they are able to use their gifts and training to strengthen and support their local church leadership.

Training the Trainers
WDA also is particularly focused on helping churches and pastors find and train key lay leaders in disciple building. We offer devotional guides, leadership manuals, pocket growth principles, assessment tools and practical workbooks. And all of our resources are built around a progressive process that "meets people where they are” and helps them reach the next stage of growth.

Worldwide Training Resources
WDA discipleship training teams travel extensively around the world offering seminars, resources and consultation. Most of this training is free-of-charge (including our travel expenses) to nations without economic access to the training resources of the modern church. Many of these same countries are experiencing tremendous expansion of the Gospel and desperately need disciple building support. We are pleased to be able to provide this service and hope to expand its scope.

Disciple Builders Unite!
WDA’s annual Disciple Building Conference was held from Friday April 20, 2007 through Saturday April 21, 2007 at Central Christian Church (located in Carmel, Indiana -15 miles north of the Indianapolis Airport). Featuring an overview of Christ's disciple building approach with practical applications for modern church leaders, this event also offered valuable resources and an opportunity to be a part of an international association of disciple builders.
