After a tailored approach is determined and adopted, changes will begin to occur. For outcomes to be successful, rather than harmful, change must be managed carefully. Leaders need to be provided with realistic and value-driven propositions that help them process, adapt, and make adjustments. Sometimes spiritual warfare must be waged, and intercession offered.
