Executive Team

WDA is organized as a 501c(3) non-profit corporation governed by operational leadership reporting to a Board of Directors who are charged with oversight.

WDA’s Board of Directors is made up of an Executive Committee and three subcommittees that meet prior to board meetings, discuss agenda items and arrive at motions to be presented in the area of their committee responsibility. Executive committee members are the chairmen of the three subcommittees: Finance Committee, Management and Personnel Committee, and Ministry Committee.

The members are elected for three-year terms, and a new class is elected each year.

Leadership Profile
Robert D. (Bob) Dukes, President and Executive Director of WDA, has been with WDA since its founding in 1974. He has directed various university and national programs for WDA as well as served local churches and communities with evangelistic and discipleship ministries. His written works include many disciple building titles, including Disciple Building: A Biblical Framework. A highly sought-after speaker, Bob travels extensively teaching on issues related to Christian life. He and his wife Linda have five children.
