Our Mission
WDA’s mission is to serve the Church worldwide by developing Christlike character in people and equipping them to disciple others according to the pattern Jesus used to train his disciples.
We accomplish this mission by focusing on three primary tasks:
We emphasize the biblical imperative of building mature disciples.
We train people how to disciple using a paradigm derived from Christ’s ministry. (Churches, individuals and other Christian organizations can understand and implement our framework of disciple building using curricula, focused seminars, consulting teams and other resource materials.)
We build disciples at WDA-staffed training centers and alongside our ministry partners.
